Financial Policy

We believe the success of our practice is directly related to our ability to provide excellent care with the highest quality and success possible.  This belief enables us to keep our fees at or below other local providers while maintaining our established standard of excellence. 

We are happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.  We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you want and need.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.  Excellent third-party financing options are also available.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  We ask for this advance notice so that we may offer this appointment to another patient.  A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appintment without sufficient notice.
